All guests will be asked for passport upon check-in then our host will give back after completed the Local Registration for accommodation.
All direct booking for 2 nights stay will get an invitation of our Family Dinner.
Special Direct booking will get 10% discount from rack rate or get an invitation for one family dinner for minimum 2 nights stay. Please advise which one you prefer when you make the booking.
Reservation
- All direct booking will be offered 10% discount compare to Online Travel Agent Booking or get a complimentary family dinner if 3 nights stay.
- All direct booking will be requested a copy of passport and both sides of credit card to guarantee booking as our bank policy. It is 100% safe and sponsored by our bank in Vietnam.
Cancellation
- Free of charge for cancellation before 14 days prior arrival date.
- Any cancellations less than 14 days before arrival date will not get any refunds.
- Only Free Cancellation if Boom attacked, war or Floating.
- Sickness or accidents cancellation will be moved the booking to other stay no more than 6 months from arrival date. You are requested to give us the hospital documents attached.
Hotel Policy
- Check-in: 1:00pm
- Check-out: 11:00am
- Food and drinks from out-side are not allowed to bring into our resort.
- Alcoholic will be charged as our corkage fee with 300.000vnd per bottle.
- 1 Child less than 6 years old is free of charge if share bed with parents. The second child will be charged 600.000vnd per night including breakfast.
- Extra bed will be charged 800.000vnd per night.
- Pets are not allowed during your stay.
- If guests have children during stay, parents have to take care of them avoiding any accidents causes. Hotel is not responsible for any accidents of children during your stay.
- Money and valuable things should be informed upon check-in and keep in our hotel safety box, hotel is not responsible for any lost in the room.
